My family and I drilled a 100-foot well in 1999 using this method and have been well (so to speak!) pleased with it ever since. Not only do we have a source of water that never runs dry, but it's in a tight location in our backyard that never could have accommodated a conventional drilling rig. There's no telling how much in summer water bills we have saved over the years by sprinkling our three city lots from our well rather than city water, and our well could easily supply water to our house if we ever needed it to.
